Nothing Important Happened Today

I can not think of a title

We tried yet again to find our new ward today. It failed miserably. Well, not so miserably. We thought that our ward, the 16th, was at one o'clock so we get to the ward building and it was the 30th ward. We stayed anyway just so we could say we went to church. When we were singing the first hymn Duckling handed Frogkisser a hymn book. Frogkisser tried singing but then noticed that Duckling had handed her a hymn book that was in Spanish. It made me laugh. During the sacrament Duckling and I noticed these two guys in front of us getting a little too close to each other. One had his arm around the other and they were whispering to one another. It does not sound that bad but it looked pretty bad. Then this other guy joined in and they all had arms around each other and one guy was holding the other guys wrist. I started laughing so hard because it just looked so so funny. Then Duckling started laughing and I could not stop. This is when Duckling wrote me a note on a piece of paper that said, "I just peed a little." Then I could not stop laughing. I was so irreverent.
It was fast and testimony meeting and Superman ,or someone who looked just like him, bore his testimony. I think it was Superman. After that ward was over we booked it out of there. We drove around for a little while and looked at some houses that were for sale. This was making us dizzy looking at all the houses so we went to the institute building and crashed two mingles. That is my story.
Reverend Lovejoy: Homer, I'd like you to remember Matthew 7:26. "The foolish man who built his house upon the sand."
Homer: [pointing a finger] And you remember [thinks] Homer: Matthew... 21:17.
Reverend Lovejoy: [confused] "And he left them and went out of the city, into Bethany, and he lodged there?"
Homer: Yeah. Think about it.

A new post

Sorry I have not written a post for a while. My life is just not that interesting to put down in writing. But it has not stopped anyone else. I should be getting my new car this week. It is about freaking time. I can not wait any longer. Now all I need to do is figure out how to drive the dang thing and figure out a place to park it. Maybe on my lawn next to the pink flamingo and the flat spare tire. The weather has been so nice this weekend. I love it when it is cold and rainy. It is my favorite time of year. I love harvest time. Last Thursday I got my hair done by the famous Julie D. She is my all time favorite. I always love my hair when I go to her. She knows just how to do it. When she dies my hair the color is always so rich and pretty. I watched Just Like Heaven and Poseidon this past weekend. I give Just Like Heaven 3 stars and Poseidon 2 1/2. They were both pretty good movies. I am not going to write a review this time because I am too lazy. Duckling and I found out when our ward starts on Sunday so that is good. The only bad thing is we had to wait at the church all morning Sunday to find out. On Sunday night some of us went up to the canyon to drink hot chocolate. When we got there it was dark and spooky. We sat and drank hot chocolate and cuddled with blankets. It was fun. The Frog master did not like it much though. One individual kept freaking her out with stupid stories. I think I wrote enough.

Marge: And our kids are getting lazy.
Bart: I'm not lazy, I'm... hey, Lisa, finish my sentence for me.
Lisa: Why don't you finish your own darn... [falls asleep, falls off couch]

How sweet it is...

My dad had free tickets to a Bees game last night and invited me, Frogkisser, and Duckling to go with him. How sweet! It was a pretty good game like usual. We had to leave at the seventh inning so I could get to work. That bummed me out because we left at the seventh inning stretch and that is my favorite part.
Later that night, Frogkisser and Duckling came to my work and we ate cheesy pull apart bread and watched "She's The Man". How sweet! That was really fun. It kept me awake for a good two hours. Duckling was scared to come to my work because of the oldies. I told her that they were all sleeping and she would not see any of them. Good thing no one came out of their rooms during the middle of the night while Duckling was there. It would have freaked her out.
I just want to take this time and say that I hate it when people say they will do something and do not. Jerks.
Lisa: Dad, just for once don't you want to try something new?
Homer: Oh Lisa, trying is just the first step toward failure.
